Purchase and licence terms

GastroModo is digital Windows software. The Private licence covers one named person on up to 2 personally owned Windows computers and may not be shared with another person. The Business licence may be shared by employees of one business on up to 3 Windows computers. The purchased major version may be used without a time limit. The licence is non-transferable.
The order is formed when payment is accepted and electronic confirmation is sent. The licence key and download instructions are delivered to the email address supplied. Any express consent required by law to begin digital delivery is collected during checkout.
Functionality and compatibility: GastroModo is a locally installed Windows desktop application. Recipe and nutrition data are estimates for information only and do not replace medical, dietetic or regulatory requirements. A supported Windows system and internet access are required for installation and activation; core day-to-day functions operate locally.
For defective performance or support, email support@clearmodo.com. Complaints may be submitted in writing and will receive a substantive response within 30 days.
