Modo Catalog – purchase and licence terms

Modo Catalog is digital Windows software. The full licence costs HUF 7900 as a one-time total payment. One named user may activate it on up to 3 personally owned Windows computers. The catalogue has no count limit and use is perpetual. Updates made available for the application are included without a new licence purchase.
The order is formed when payment is accepted and electronic confirmation is sent. The licence key and download instructions are delivered to the email address supplied. Any express consent required by law to begin digital delivery is collected during checkout.
Core local catalogue functions work offline; online activation, downloads and updates require internet access. Optional metadata providers have separate terms and availability. Provider conditions and image rights also apply to your own content.
Separately distributed open-source libraries retain their own licences. The application licence does not prohibit replacing the Qt/PySide libraries or reverse engineering required to debug those library modifications.
